Information we collect

When you inquire, create a portal account, book a room, or sign a lease, we collect the details you submit. That can include your name, email, phone number, company, suite, booking date and time, and messages you send us.

If you sign a lease in the portal, we store your legal name, the signature you type or draw, the consent text you accept, the time, your IP address, and your browser. That record stays with the lease.

Conference room card payments are handled by Intuit QuickBooks. Forest West Offices does not receive or store your card number. QuickBooks receives the payment details needed to charge the invoice and sends us the payment result.

How we use it

We use this information to answer leasing inquiries, operate the building and portal, confirm conference room bookings, send booking and account emails, collect room charges, and keep lease signature records.

Who we share it with

We share payment information with Intuit so QuickBooks can create the invoice and take the payment. We use an email provider to send portal messages. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Account, booking, and payment records are kept for as long as needed to operate the building, collect charges, and meet recordkeeping requirements. A completed lease signature is kept with the lease.
