Terms of Use

These terms are between you and SWDV Holdings LLC, doing business as Forest West Offices, 33219 Forest West St., Magnolia, Texas 77354. By using forestwestoffices.com or the tenant portal, you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the website and portal to inquire about space, manage your account, view documents assigned to you, and book conference rooms. You may not copy the site, scrape it, or use it to interfere with the building’s systems.

Accounts

Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for bookings and other activity under your account. We may suspend an account that is misused or that is no longer a tenant or guest of the building.

Conference room bookings

Hourly rooms are billed at the rate shown when you book. You pay that amount on an Intuit QuickBooks page. The room is confirmed only after QuickBooks records the payment. An unpaid booking holds the room for 45 minutes and then is released. Card numbers are entered on Intuit’s page, not on this website.

You may cancel a booking from the portal. Refunds of a completed room payment are issued by Forest West Offices through QuickBooks when the office approves the refund.

Leases

A lease signed in the portal is your electronic signature on that document. The portal stores the signature record with the lease. These website terms do not replace a signed lease.

Payments

Room charges are processed by Intuit QuickBooks Payments. Intuit’s own terms apply to the payment page. Forest West Offices does not store your card number.

Liability

The website and portal are provided as they are. To the extent Texas law allows, Forest West Offices is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.

Texas law governs these terms. Disputes are handled in the state courts of Montgomery County, Texas.
